Product Description
These Japanese type of soy beans are used as a fresh vegetable. The typical way of eating them is to boil the pods for about 25 minutes in water with a bit of salt added to it. Beans are then easy to pop out of the pods. They have a delicious buttery and nutty flavour and make a great snack or side dish. My kids love them. After trying them at a Japanese restaurant i’m really happy to get them organic and fresh from the garden.
